RGR are proud of the relationships it builds with both clients and candidates. Ensuring there is a good fit for both parties is obviously essential to successful recruitment but it seems this is not always the guiding principle for some recruiters that it should be.

Acting with integrity and honesty is important to us. Treating candidates well, ensuring they are kept informed of the progress of any opportunity and giving them timely and appropriate feedback is all part of our service to them.

At RGR we look to build relationships with candidates for the long term, not just fulfil our short-term placement needs, developing an understanding of their career aspirations and offering them best advice on how to achieve their goals.
