RGR were briefed to search for a 'first in post' senior security consultant to establish ArcSight's EMEA professional services team. Within ten days RGR had presented ArcSight’s then global head of Professional Services, Bob Ciccone, with a shortlist of candidates of whom the first two interviewed were offered positions: one filling the original role and the second an additional position created to accommodate him as he was such an excellent fit for ArcSight's needs.

ArcSightRGR were asked to find two regional presales consultants for Imperva in a highly candidate driven market.  The roles required candidates to possess an extremely demanding and specific technical skill set as well as solid commercial experience in a relatively new domain.  Despite this demanding brief and prevailing market conditions RGR managed to quickly source a portfolio of suitable candidates two of whom were then chosen to fill the positions.

RGR were brought into conduct a search for a Senior Product Manager for Intec Billing. The brief for the role was very tightly drawn and had been open for a year. We were the 6th recruiter to have been briefed but where others failed we succeeded.

ADC KRONE:

ADC KroneAfter ADC had tried other recruiters without success RGR were asked to conduct a search and select process for a candidate to head up sales of ADC's CUDA product in Germany. While not our particular area of specialism (we were at the time engaged by ADC for their telecoms software division) we took on the task, identifying three candidates, one each from ADC's main competitors and persuading them to interview. The successful candidate was in post within 8 weeks of RGR receiving the initial brief.
